We are trying to implement something that works like this:
Team members would report on projects and tasks they are working on by completing a form that includes information such as the project name, status, barriers, notes/narrative, and who the item should be assigned to.
Leaders would then receive those updates. The goal is to provide an easy way to understand the current status of projects and tasks without leaders having to send multiple requests for updates throughout the day. It would also give leaders a central location where they can quickly see the latest project status.
What I am struggling with is determining the best way to organize and present the information so it is meaningful and useful for leadership.
Does anyone have a build or process that works well for something like this? Ideally, team members would submit updates through a form, and the information would flow to leadership in a clean, easy-to-review format without requiring users to directly update rows in a grid.
