Hello,
One of my coworkers repeatedly gets an error while attempting to submit a form. It takes several tries for it to go through. She refreshes, clears cache, deletes cookies, etc. She has tried switching between Edge and Chrome, going incognito, etc. Today it finally let her submit once she deleted and readded the PDF that she had attached.
The error is "We weren't able to submit your form response. Please refresh and try again."
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
