Automation workflow - how to create condition to change a cell value when Column (Requestor email address) is equal to Column (User email address)

For a user access smartsheet, how would we add an automation that changes a cell value where the Requestor Email is the same as the User Email for specific roles? We do not want the person requesting access to be the same as the user for who access is being requested, as certain roles should not request access on their own behalf.

Trigger: when rows are added or changed, run workflow when triggered

Conditions: Where Requestor Email - is equal to - how do I get it to consider the column with User email address? I tried single and double brackets but it did not run the requested action.

Change cell value: Where requestor email is same as user email, change status to Failure and add reason.

If automation is not how to do this, how else could it be done?

I would use a helper column (that you can hide or push at the end of your sheet) in the sheet that tells you if the emails are identical, something like :

=IF([email1]@row = [email2]@row, 1, 0)

and then you use the 1 or the 0 in your automation to trigger the right workflow branch (deny/accept), or as a condition depending on what you want exactly
