Second Conditional Logic Trigger Jumps to Bottom of Form — Firefox and Edge

I'm working on a form with two separate conditional logic triggers and have encountered a scroll-behavior bug in Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, but not in Google Chrome.

When a user responds to the second conditional logic trigger question, the form jumps to the bottom of the page rather than moving to the top of the newly revealed section. This is especially problematic when the answer reveals a large section of additional questions because users are then forced to scroll back up to complete them.

The first conditional logic trigger works perfectly in all browsers. Has anyone else encountered this?
