We're seeing an issue with Dynamic View and wanted to find out whether anyone else has experienced something similar.
Scenario
We have a workflow where users submit records through forms and then access the records through Dynamic View.
Issue
The records are successfully created, but some users report that:
- The new record does not appear in Dynamic View immediately.
- The record may appear after several minutes or longer.
- Occasionally users believe the record is missing entirely until much later.
In previous troubleshooting, we also observed situations where the record existed in the source sheet but wasn't visible in Dynamic View for the intended user.
Additional Observation
The Dynamic View visibility issue and an unexpected Copy Row duplication issue were both first observed around October 8, 2026. We are not sure whether they are related, but the timing may be relevant.
Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
