Hi!
I have an individual plan. When I try to create a report I get a popup window asking me to upgrade to an individual plan, which I think does not make sense. Any ideas on how to sort it out?

You should have the additional plan types on the right side of the screen. If you select the next plan up, which is the Team plan, it should be reflected on the left:

That means that I cannot create a report with an individual plan? Maybe a restriction on the number of reports would be more reasonable.
