Hi everyone! I made the mistake of creating two forms in one sheet. They two distinct links and are for different events. The issue is that I cant separate the responses based on the sheets. Is there anyway to fix this? I need an accurate tally for an event.

One way of handling this moving forward is to add a dropdown column to the sheet with options for each form / event. Then on the form itself, you can designate an answer to the dropdown column that automatically sends the event with the form submission. You can then hide that field so that its not visible on the form. And you can set the default answer to whichever relates to the form.

This just started today… For some reason, I can no longer edit fields in my Smartsheet. One I'm the owner of. I do see an icon in the upper right that says "Comment Only", but can't figure out how to change it. Here a screenshot of what I am seeing:
