Hi, want to count "at risk" check boxes to present at a dashboard.
so I thought fx=COUNTIF(Status2:Status14, "red") works, but it only produces 0 as result

So, question: are you using a checkbox for 'at risk' and then conditional formatting to show the line as red?
I use the Red/Yellow/Green balls to show risk status and the =countif function works just fine that way. Post details or a screenshot of what you're doing.
If you're using checkboxes. You can use =countif(status2:status14, 1) That will count if the checkbox is checked or not.
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
