If you have Admin sharing permission on the Sight (or you own it), then you can click Edit (in the upper-left corner of the Sight) then double-click on the widget to edit formatting.
The formatting available to you depends on the type of widget being used for your title. If you don't find the formatting that you need, you might consider removing that widget and retyping your title in a title widget. I have never seen this before. I have an automation to send out an email and i have some placeholders. e.x. {{Ticket ID}} so would show {{10}}.
