I got invited to edit a sheet, which I'm pretty sure is sorted. The sheet has way too many columns for me to quickly check the criteria. Is there a way to know what criteria the sheet is sorted on?

Sorting is a one-time action (sheets don't remain automatically sorted as new rows enter the sheet). Due to this, there isn't a way to see how a sheet was originally sorted.
