Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to attach the same document to more than one line? Right now, I go line by line, and have to dive deep into a directory to link the attachment. I'm hoping there's a faster way. Thanks much!!! Danielle

There currently isn't a way to attach files to multiple rows at the same time. When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to see this feature.
With that being said, you might consider attaching files on the sheet-level, as opposed to the row-level, then directing your collaborators to the Attachments tab at the bottom.

This is a great example of something Smartsheet can support , even if it is not built directly into the native UI.
The challenge is that many teams look for this as a standard attachment feature, when the better path is usually to treat it as a row-to-file mapping workflow. Once each file is mapped to the right row or set of rows, the upload process can be handled much more efficiently instead of manually attaching documents one row at a time.
So while Smartsheet may not offer this as a native button, the capability is possible through the right supporting tool or API-based setup. That can work for both scenarios: attaching the same document across many rows, or attaching different documents to different rows at scale.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing that the capability exists outside the native feature set and where to look for it.
In my Project Plan sheet, there's a link labelled Project Plan. When someone clicks it, I'd like nothing to happen. Ideally, it would still look like a clickable link but wouldn't open anything.
