Are there plans to add time tracking capability in Smartsheet? If not, how do you recommend doing resource capacity and planning (allocations at the hr level) accurately? We also need to track actuals. Thanks for any update you may have.

Time tracking is something that our Product team is interested in researching. When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site to let our Product team know how you'd like to see this feature work and look in Smartsheet.
I have a smartsheet that trackes each time an employees offers to lead a tour. The sheet captures the guides email, the tour date & time and # of guests that attended.
