Prior to the major update that was just made if you had a Read Only Published link the user could download an Excel file of the sheet. Where did this feature go in the new update? We use this to convey a small segment of information to business partners without giving access to our whole data system.

The option should be there if you right click the tab at the top. We are discussing making this more discoverable!

Wow Ben,
I really wonder who designed the UX changes, who signed off on them and who tested them. Why on earth would you implement something that obscures features that people use? Did nobody think that the Export feature would be missed by users? Even a basic checklist of what was available before the change should have confirmed the items that needed to be present after the change.
The fact that Faith and I both have to tell our clients where to find the option is just a time waster. I've already had loads of questions about this myself. Then it'll more than likely change again.
Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
