As the title suggests, is it possible on a new row entry from a web form to have an approval request sent out? The current setup doesn't have an option to send Approval Requests one "row added" like you can with regular notifications.

There isn't a direct way to do this off of a row being added (like with a notification) but you might consider triggering your approval request off of a specific, constant addition that is made via form submission.
If needed, you can even add a hidden column with a default value that will always come in via form. Submitters won't see this field, but it will enter your sheet and always have the same default value.
