With the new format of the tool bar (now a ribbon at the top), I can't for the life of me find a button to indent/outdent to create tasks and subtasks. Can anyone point me in the right direction? This is a trial version... am I missing some of the key functionality?
Hi Shari,
The buttons are the ones between Filter and the font (Arial, in your image). They're grayed out probably because you have a cell selected in a row that can't be indented or outdented (e.g. the first row of the sheet). Try clicking on a cell in a row that should be indentable and you should see it become selectable.
Hope that helps.

You can also utilize the keyboard shortcut keys - "Ctrl [" or "Ctrl ]". I am a huge shortcut user and found it very helpful. If you are on a row or field that is not the primary, it will not allow you to utilize this feature.
Hope this helps as well!

Any thoughts?
Hi Mattias,
It should work. It works for me with the same setup.
I hope this helps you!

We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
I have reproduced the following behavior in a validated Smartsheet application. User permission: Editor (not Admin) Row status: Locked (confirmed via row menu displaying "Unlock Row") Text, Date, Contact List, and Checkbox columns cannot be modified. Dropdown List columns remain editable. Selecting a new dropdown value and…
