Hi Clint! There isn’t a function that will automatically add an apostrophe when adding numbers that start with 0 but depending on what you are doing in this column, you might consider using a Contact List column rather than a Text/Number column. Contact list columns will not strip out 0’s if they are located at the front of a number. Just note, these numbers will be formatted as text (not a number), just like if you used an apostrophe in a Text/Number column.
