in help (https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504742-sorting-rows) I found that when I'm sorting colors in ascending order the blank rows will be on the top. But when I sort it descending or ascending the blank fields are always on the bottom. What am I doing wrong?
The sort behavior is such that blank rows are sorted below rows with values (when sorting ascending or descending).
The help article had inaccurate information—it reflected an older sort behavior that we've since changed. I've corrected the article in question to reflect the current sort behavior.

I have never seen this before. I have an automation to send out an email and i have some placeholders. e.x. {{Ticket ID}} so would show {{10}}.
