New to Smartsheet,
trying to create a notification that would notify a person when due date is 3 days or fewer.

Set up a reminder. click on the little bell like symbol and you can set reminders. if you are an admin , you can set for more than one person.
is this a 1 time reminder? or will it automatically send a reminder anytime the task is 3 days until due?

The Reminders are checked early morning Pacific Time Zone. If they match the criterion, they will send. If you change the date to the future, it will fire again when it matches the criterion.
This is per row, so multiple Reminders might be sent on the same day for different rows.
The image above is misleading.
If there is a Date type column, you can set the Reminder to use that instead of a fixed date.
Clicking the on link will open a selection for various lead/lags from the given date.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
