I'm struggling to export Smartsheet Information into Outlook 365 calendar. I'm trying to create a group calendar specific to resources(people) assigned to task(s) within my SmartSheet schedules so to have each individual assigned to a Smartsheet task in order to get an overall view of each persons time spend on multiple projects. These individuals may also be assigned to other business commitments (maintenance / repair) that are NOT a Smartsheet activity.

There currently isn't a way to publish a Smartsheet calendar to Outlook (or any other calendar app) that allows for simultaneous events—both in Smartsheet and directly in Outlook—to be tracked in a single calendar.
I'd recommend creating another calendar on Outlook that tracks other events that you're not tracking in Smartsheet.
Also note that this is a one-way sync, meaning changes must be made in Smartsheet to have them reflected in the Outlook calendar. (Changes can't be made from the Outlook side.) This is a super old discussion, but it pops up in Google results some times for people working with Outlook Calendar and Smartsheet. There is now a solution to this, which is listed on the Smartsheet marketplace. It can sync your Smartsheet data into Outlook Calendar as actual events, so that you can look at your "Outlook-direct-events" and "From-Smartsheet-events" next to each other in Outlook Calendar. Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
