I have many projects in a Project Management workspace. The project sheets have a section to order materials for projects. I have a GRID Sheet in another section of Smartsheets that creates purchase order numbers and has a brief description of materials ordered. I would like a shortcut on each project sheet that would immediately pull up this Purchase Order sheet in order for the PM's to retrieve a PO# for each order. My goal would be to have this shortcut as part of the Project Template. What are my chances?

Your chances are great. You can add hyperlinks on the project sheets and template that links to the order materials sheet.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
