Does anyone else have issues with newly created reports not sorting by Assignee? I am perplexed, have initiated the sort order to be by assignee and nothing happens. Can someone please confirm I am not just seeing a photographic memory of the report before it was sorted?

Thanks for your post! Our support team is currently investigating an issue with sorting on Contact List columns in Reports. In the interim, I have found that editing the column properties of my Contact List columns to "Allow multiple contacts" seems to allow me to sort my report correctly. I recommend submitting a new support case at https://help.smartsheet.com/contact so that they can keep you updated on the status of this issue.

Unfortunately, editing the column is not practical - I have over 200 sheets in the report scope.

I am posting to confirm that this bug has gone through support team's investigation and is currently in progress with our engineering team. I don't have an estimated time to resolution, however rest assured that our engineering team is aware and engaged.

My boss wants to see a report where each person's (assignee's) task rows are grouped together. Not working as of 3/8/2019. Thanks for working on the bug.

WORKAROUND:
I created a new text/number column that is simply set to "equal" the other column (=[Primary Assignee]1). I then include that column in the report and sort by it instead of the main Primary Assignee column.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
