Hi. Our group within the company has been using smartsheet for a number of years. Recently corporate has launched our corporate account and we need to cancel our existing account and migrate all the data into the new corporate account. Is there an easy way to do this or do I need to export all the workspaces out and back in again? I've seen the posts on transferring ownership but I just don't quite understand if that's what we need to do.

There are two approaches you could take to accomplish this:
Transfer your Workspaces from one account to another with the steps in this help article: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/506692-transfer-ownership-of-a-workspace
Consolidate your current account into the new one with the steps here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2477801-consolidate-paid-accounts
If you go for the latter option, check to make sure your new plan has the licenses, and make sure that you don't cancel your current account.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
