I am looking at creating a form that will allow my team to submit requests to go into the field for work. This is part of their job and I just need to make sure it is more formally captured with information about where they are going and what they are doing. Can I create a form and then once I approve the request it adds it to Outlook Calendar?
Hi,
It can show in the Smartsheet calendar view and then sync with Outlook, but it will only show as a whole day event.
A workaround could be to use a third-party solution like Zapier or similar.
Would that work?

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show.
