Hi! I have a grid that is a project plan with start and end dates. I want to display a section of it in gantt view on a dashboard. I accomplished this by creating a report first. Is there a way to do it directly from the original grid - to somehow say "include all lines that start with the letters PHX" or something like that?

Yes, if you'd set up a filter and use the web content widget to embed the sheet in the Dashboard.

Oh nice, thank you! I was able to open the subset by publishing once I had the filter on. But how do I get it to:
1) Open in Gantt view and
2) Hide some rows (in report, I set up conditions such as rows for IT only had special characters in them)

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
