Hi
Has anyone used the new workflow to set up a daily reminder on a single task (row) until it is completed? I dont want to use % complete or date triggers just literally a daily reminder on a single tasks that is due to be completed with a daily reminder until completed. I have tried a few combos but not able to find a single task workflow example?
Hi Jacqui,
You'd need to change the trigger in the Workflow to Custom and add a condition. (see screenshot)
Would that work?
Have a fantastic day!

Thanks for the suggestion but how do I select the specific row? Let's assume I want a repeat reminder for the task on Row 11 only. How does that work? Do name and select it for that workflow? I have tried below but not sure if correct?
Happy to help!
It depends!
Is this for one row only or do you want to use the same reminder for multiple rows?
The name will work, but depending on the above, it might be better and easier to use something else like a checkbox or a RowID.
What do you think? What would you prefer?
It would be just one row, but you could use on other rows too eg Row 11, Row 75 and Row 76, is this what you mean? How would that look as a daily repeat reminder?
Exactly!
The simplest method would be to add an additional Condition, like a checkbox column and check the ones you'd want to be included in the daily reminder.
Two Conditions.
Make sense?
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
I have reproduced the following behavior in a validated Smartsheet application. User permission: Editor (not Admin) Row status: Locked (confirmed via row menu displaying "Unlock Row") Text, Date, Contact List, and Checkbox columns cannot be modified. Dropdown List columns remain editable. Selecting a new dropdown value and…
