When you have a Heading Row and Rows below that are Children of the Heading Row, is it possible to have the text Left Align and not be indented?

I'm trying to update a workspace logo with a 77 KB PNG file, but the logo isn't changing. I've already logged out and back in, and checked multiple times.
When using automation to request for update, how can I know when the form was updated? One way is to compare timestamps, but Smartsheet only have the default Modified timestamp and Automation Record Date only captures the Date value.
