Hello,
I'm new to the application. I've created a list of collaborators and sent out invitations. A couple of them have recieved the invites but don't have access to the project sheet when they accept and log in. This has not been the case for everyone. Any troubleshooting recommendations?

You could publish the link and send it to them that way instead.
Hi Ryan-- Please reach out to our Support team at Support@Smartsheet.com to troubleshoot this! I'd suggest providing them with the name of the sheet you shared and the email addresses of the users who aren't able to view the sheet. Let me know if you don't hear back from someone shortly
