I`m having issues uploading contacts. The only colum that will import is emails, however, I have first name, last name, email, phone in 4 colums. Has anyone else had this issue or is there something else i can try.

Typically you do not use a fourth column when importing contacts into Smartsheet. I have only ever had success when using the following format:
First Name Last Name emailaddress
Unless it has changed, I don't think SS supports importing phone numbers with the contacts.
