Thanks for replying. While sharing the sheet, I want to add customised message to the recipient, but if it has to be typed every time, would there be some options to edit or save the 90% of message content and revise it little when sharing the sheet or sending update request?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there isn't a way to customize the default message but it's a great idea.
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added
You could use a so-called text expander to save the text and make it easy to expand/use with abbreviations. I use it all the time. My favorite is Text Expander.
