I have an individual plan and it says I have 10 free collaborators per item. A couple of questions.
1, What is an item? A sheet? A line within a sheet?
2, do they have a 30 day life span?
Thanks
Lee
Hi Lee,
An item is a sheet, report or a dashboard.
They don't have a 30-day life span.
More info:
Free Collaborators can view or edit sheets, view reports, and view dashboards shared to them by Licensed Users. To create sheets, reports, or dashboards a user must be a Licensed User.
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

Thanks for that.
I keep getting this message. Any ideas?
Happy to help!
You're getting that message because your current plan won't have access to the content collaboration feature from 30 November.
If you don't use it or don't need it, you can ignore the message, but if you do, you'll have to upgrade your plan. (If you haven't tested it out I encourage you to do)

Mmmmm. It says I get 10 free collaborators per item, doesn't mention anywhere that it is only for 30 days.
Apart from this I don't need anything else from the next level up. Would be a shame.
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
I have reproduced the following behavior in a validated Smartsheet application. User permission: Editor (not Admin) Row status: Locked (confirmed via row menu displaying "Unlock Row") Text, Date, Contact List, and Checkbox columns cannot be modified. Dropdown List columns remain editable. Selecting a new dropdown value and…
