Sorry, I do not know how to say this. I would like to see if there is a way to automatically enter the category name into a cell. (see image) I've manually put the category in the highlighted box but I'd like to see if there is a faster way?

Hi Elgia,
There are several different ways to structure it. Here's one.
To get the Parent on other rows than the parent row you can use:
=PARENT([Category/Video Name]@row)
If it's on the same row as the parent you can use:
=[Category/Video Name]@row
It's also possible to combine them in one formula.
Let me know if you need it, and I'll give you that formula as well.
