We have a gremlin! There have been two instances now where we manually move a row, smartsheet appears to be moving it, then it ends up back on the original smartsheet. The activity tracker shows the attempts on both smartsheets. Any idea why?
Hi Paula,
Do you have another Workflow on the other sheet that also moves rows?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team
I hope that helps!

DUH!
We have been working such long hours lately to bring our smartsheet processes to other departments that sometimes it takes taking a bath or going to bed for my brain to catch up with me. So at 11:18 P.M. tonight, in bed, it hits me.

I'm not sure how it took me a couple of days to hit me, but well, I need to cut back on my work hours!!
The DUH! moments is a learning experience!

We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
I have reproduced the following behavior in a validated Smartsheet application.
