i have several sheets that i combine into one master sheet. the problem is when i link a cell that has hours in it, it translates that to days and is throwing off the calculation. how can i change the duration column so that it represents hours and not days.

Maybe you should contact support@smartsheet.com. I have several linked cells that hold the duration and many of mine are in hours not days. Mine keeps the hour format even with the linking. I even played with it for a few minutes and it always kept the exact information of the cell it was coming from. Hope you find an answer.
