I have set up an approval workflow for staff to request IT support from an external provider. A Manager approves the request and on doing so the line is sent to the help desk of the IT company. The IT company has an auto responder email that confirms that have received the request and the email responder starts the dialogue process. The problem is the auto response goes back to automation@smartsheet.com. Is there a way to redirect emails going back to automation@smartsheet.com so that the auto responder can arrive at an inbox within our company ( preferably back to the Approver Manager in the workflow)

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
