Yes, that is an excellent use-case.
In some of my client solutions, we are using the Proofing feature instead because you can point out specific things on the invoice or other type of document.

Thai, I'm hoping to help save my wife's job with something similar to this using smartsheets. It's been almost 2 years since I've used SS but getting back into it for her sake.
I'm wondering if this Invoice Tracking sheet is something you could blank out or leave a few practice fake example entries and share to or invite me to? I hate to waste time recreating perfectly round wheels. lol

I started a Business plan trial, the banner shows 30 days remaining, but Account Administration still shows I need to upgrade, and I cannot access Admin Center.
Questions for Smartsheet about Grid View… Will Grid View one day be replaced in total by Table View, thus removing / end-of-lifing Grid View? If so, on what time horizon? Will Grid VIew be updated to include new functions that have been / will be released to Table View, e.g. hiding & unhiding columns selectively;…
They have added a Column+ column on the right. Please let us hide that. I need more space from left to right, not less. The screenshot shows how much real estate this takes up. I have submitted feedback as well, but haven't had much luck with that in the past.
