How can I set to show default duration in months, weeks or so? Please add this feature if its not already available.

If you're looking to display the Gantt chart in months, you can do this with the steps in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/673816-adjusting-the-gantt-chart-timeline
Otherwise, we don't have a way to set the default duration in the sheet grid to "months" or "weeks" but I've passed your feedback for this along to our Product team for further consideration.
+1. All of our suppliers provide lead times in weeks, so it'd be very helpful to see the duration column displayed in weeks, not days. Of course I can divide by 7, but it would be more intuitive and quicker if I didn't need to.
