Can someone please help me with a more timely way to reach support. When I did get a response they just sent the info that was on their support forum. I am not sure why someone would go through the trouble of contacting them if that would fix the issue. We have had Smartsheet's over a year and this has been the biggest issue so far. I find it crazy that when you are spending over $6k a year you have to wait several days for support. Extremely Frustrated! Hopefully someone can help with this.

Depending on your plan-type, you may have access to Smartsheet Support's 24/7 phone support. To check this, click on your profile icon and go to "Plan Info"; the link to the phone number will be at the bottom of the pop-up window (see: Overview of Smartsheet Support Hours and Resources).
Your plan may also have access to Pro Desk, where you can book 30-minute coaching sessions over screen share.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
