Is there a way to view the Financial Management members posts as a group?

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "financial management members posts" in reference to Smartsheet, but you can apply filters to your sheets to only show certain rows.
Comments can't be used in filter criteria.

I believe he means the categories chosen by the author of a post.
He chose "Financial Services", "Finance", and "Account/User Management".
