This would be so helpful. Or even to have it pop out in to a Edit window with the ability to 'Save as a Draft'. In addition make the selection list for specific fields more user friendly.

I agree, we have multiple automations, with similar text and minor adjustments and the size of the box makes it difficult to identify any additional updates needed to be made. Usually I need to copy/paste test somewhere else to see the whole message to make sure I caught everything.

This is maybe the thing I've had the most issue with while working in Smartsheet for a year and a half. Why is this box SO TINY? It is impossibly small. I have large monitors and can see at most 4 lines at a time! Please please let us open this box in a modal or expand it in some way! It is insanely frustrating to make edits, especially if we're making a lot of changes to a lot of emails!

The vertical size of the message window in the Automation dialogue box borders on unusable. The vertical size needs to double. 4.5 rows is not enough to see enough of the message in context nor scroll effectively. This should be an easy adjustment to the "# of lines" in your code.

I would love to see the ability to enlarge the box where you put in customized comments for automations. I use this frequently and have several different types of messages. The feature works well, but it would be nice if I could expand the size of the box to be able to see everything in one view rather than scrolling. It would also be helpful when editing content in that box because it is very difficult to highlight and scroll to the exact part of the text needed to edit.

It would be great to allow formatting in email automation like:

• bold
• hyperlink
• highlight
• indent
• etc....

Is there any update on this since July? Any chance this will come with the newly updated Sheets in early 2024?
