I'm part of Prodactive Limited, where I get to combine creativity, structure, and strategy as a Smartsheet Solution Architect. How long have you been using Smartsheet?

I’ve been actively working with Smartsheet for over 6 years, and it’s been an incredible journey watching how the platform continues to evolve.

How are you using Smartsheet?

My very first engagement with Smartsheet was in 2017. It was a really cool tool that we used exclusively at C-suite level. Fast forward 2 years, and a new company, and we're using Smartsheet as the backbone of our operational functions. I joined Prodactive as a full time Solution Architect in 2024 and have never looked back.

I get to work with clients across multiple industries to design and deliver bespoke Smartsheet solutions that solve real business challenges—whether that’s improving visibility, streamlining processes, or empowering teams with tools they actually enjoy using. It’s all about understanding where the pain points are and building something that transforms how they work. 🚀

What would you like to learn from your peers using Smartsheet?

I’d love to hear how others are navigating change management, adoption strategies, and building in governance without slowing momentum. Always curious to see how others are stretching the platform in creative ways!
