Re: Template Downloads
hi @MDVolt ,
I downloaded this template without issues.
Maybe first login to smartsheet go to the templates and try to find it the Project Intake template from inside.

Re: Data Shuttle Not Saving Smartsheets
Ok. I just figured out what is happening. Data Shuttle #2 (which depends on Data Shuttle #1 being complete) is finishing before Data Shuttle #1. They are all currently set up as Run On Attachment, dependent on Smartsheet #1 attachment. I could schedule Data Shuttle #2 to run at a particular time, giving Data Shuttle #1 time to complete, but that time is a bit arbitrary. It varies as to how long it takes for it to run.
Is there a way to chain the workflows so that #2 doesn't kick off until #1 finishes? I haven't been able to find anything to address this one way or the other, although I'm sure this question has been asked previously.
Re: Notification triggered from cell change, but not form submission.
Found the answer.
Kowai, you are correct to say we need two workflows, one for the change in cell and another for only adding a new cell. This is the solution that I went forward with.
I reached out to smartsheet and recieved this email.
To explain this message: The workflow for notifying changes in cells has a bug. However there is still a way for the automation to perform your intended behavior. Simply, add an additional condition block where "ATTRIBUTE" is blank.
Thanks everyone,
Re: Generate Document Error
Yes I have also recently seen this screen and have contacted Tech support.
I experience this issie using a Mac computer running the smartsheet app signed into the Europe region
The temp fix i found is
Sign in via a web page ie Chrome in my case.
If you get the same error try via an incognito web browser. If that works then go back to your web browser and delete cache.
I still have a case number fpr this issue that I'll follow up on again as it's gone silent on the SS Tech support side?
However based on my communication with it is a known issue with the aapp only when signed in to the Euro region.

Re: Count HAS Function Between Dates
Hi @APK Studios,
Give this a try.
=COUNTIFS({Date}, >=DATE(2024, 7, 1), {Date}, <=DATE(2025, 6, 30), {Fund}, HAS(@cell, "XXX"))
Hope this helps,
Dave

Introducing the Smartsheet Unlocked podcast...
Hi all - at Prodactive we're all about showcasing what people can achieve with Smartsheet and have been sharing tips and tricks on our YouTube channel since 2021. As we get to meet and work with some fantastic people, we thought it about time to bring some of these people in to share their stories in the form of a podcast called Smartsheet Unlocked...
We're 2 episodes in, having kicked off the series with Smartsheet Overachiever @Will Jeffords followed by Christian Armstrong, COO of Elysian Residences and the person who introduced me to Smartsheet. The full episodes (25-30 mins) are on YouTube and on Spotify, and we've also got trailer versions of around 3 mins on YouTube as well.
We've lining up a fantastic range of guests bringing you insights and real-life examples from Smartsheet everyday users, Overachievers, the team developing Smartsheet and other great contacts from within Smartsheet.
Clearly there will be some fantastic future guests here in the community that have great stories and insights to share (we already have a few lined up 😉). If you have any suggestions or feedback on the podcast, please let us know via our feedback form!
Thanks!

Re: Workflow - SAME SHEET copy a cell to another column
Here’s a clunky workaround for you:
Set up a workflow to copy that row from Sheet A to a helper Sheet B.
Use a cross-sheet formula in Sheet A to pull back into a [show-me-the-history] column the target cell value that’s now frozen into Sheet B.

Re: Index Collect with a Date Range
Sorry that your team is hip faking the system. I think this formula will do the trick. I'll let you advance it for your 5 checkin's.
Hudson
=INDEX(COLLECT({Check_In|Completed}, {Check_In|Employee}, @cell = [Primary Column]@row, {Check_In|Completed}, @cell >= [Hire Date]@row, {Check_In|Completed}, @cell <= [Week 1 Due]@row), 1)
Re: Multiple IF Statements Using "ISDATE"
Try this: =IF([Status]# = "Development", IF(ISDATE([Closed Date]1), IF([Delivery Date]1 > [Closed Date]1, "Complete", "Fail")))
I do not see why that wouldn't work, just had to move the ). Note that this will not do anything if the Status is not "Development", and then if Closed Date is not a date, again it will do nothing. If you are looking for it to "Fail" in those scenarios it is easy to add.
The alternative way:
=IF(AND(ISDATE([Closed Date]1), [Status]# = "Development", [Delivery Date]1 > [Closed Date]1), "Complete, "Fail") should work (I did not test any of it). Hope this helps.
