Re: Data Shuttle filter logic
A few questions and things to consider:
—Does your input file include column headers? If so, make sure you set that up.
—Does your workflow point to the correct tab on your input file? Doublecheck that.
—Is your Shuttle workflow set up to Replace all target sheet rows with the data from the input file, or Merge data into the target based on a key column value? If the latter… is your target sheet blank? For some reason, this tends to present an issue for me at least. Perhaps manually add a row or two before trying to run it.
This is by no means a comprehensive list, but will get you going down the troubleshooting path. Good luck!

Re: Dashboard Help- COUNTIFS, Checkboxes and Hierarchy
Thank you! I did not realize you could just make a report rather than complicated formulas to do the work (like I've seen on the Youtube videos that I've been using). This makes my life so much easier 😁
Re: Dashboard Help- COUNTIFS, Checkboxes and Hierarchy
@megtro610 Try this formula if you are having issues with that. If you are looking at counting all them I would suggest copying what you do for level 2 and do an open and closed for each level. Then when you go to add the pie chart you would highlight all the metrics that you want in that particular chart.
For closed:
=COUNTIFS([Level]:[Level], "2", [Closed?]:[Closed?], 1)
For Open:
=COUNTIFS([Level]:[Level], "2", [Closed?]:[Closed?], 0)
See below screen show on how I set up the information for pie chart. You have to have a column for the name of what you are trying to compare to:

I would love to improve my skills in art, particularly drawing digitally. It's been a lifelong interest of mine but it is so easy to forgo practice when life gets busy or I'm feeling uninspired!

Re: Surveys Created from Forms for Public Access
Hi @Isis Taylor all of those security options are toggled off. I actually just figured out how to disable that message to download the app, I think you and I were typing at the same time, LOL!
You have to turn off the Smartsheet footer. I toggled with the footer and saw that this made the difference. 😀
Thanks for your willingness to help!

Re: Auto Populate cell with a symbol in front of the value
Hello @James Preston,
There is a way to achieve this. Go to Edit your form and click on the column where you want a numerical value. On the right side under Field Settings, scroll down to Validation and select Number only. I would also add "Help Text" stating, "apply only the numerical value on the form e.g. 80". Then save the changes.
Next, go to your sheet, click on the column with the numerical value, then click the three dots (near Share in the upper right corner), and select $, then the applicable currency.
Hope this helps!

Re: March Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
One skill I'd like to improve is quilting. I’ve always admired the art and creativity that goes into it, but I think I could really benefit from learning more advanced techniques and improving my stitching precision. It’s a relaxing and rewarding craft, and I’d love to be able to create more intricate designs!
