Shaffi Mithwani here from Nairobi - Kenya.

I would love to improve on my golf. Have been on and off the course for last 20 years and still don't have a handicap! Maybe I create a Smartsheet Dashboard to track my consistency, performance and nudge me to play😆

One skill I'd like to improve is negotiation! Being verbally able to win my opponents. I think the linguistics behind the ability to do that always fascinates me!

If you're familiar with the show "Suits", you will understand what I mean :)

Interpersonal skills- specifically, identifying how others best learn and function, and leveraging that to the fullest use of their skills to achieve an excellent work result that provides them fulfillment.

I would love to improve my verbal communication skills.

For me.. so many options, I think Id go with improving my overall mental and physical durability.

What's one skill that you would like to improve? (Work-related or not.)?

I would like to improve my listening with intent. The benefit to this is it can help you improve your relationships, understand conflict resolution, and grow as a communicator. 

One career skill that I would really like to improve is effective change management. I find that change management tends to be one of the more difficult pieces of successfully executing a Smartsheet solution implementation.

I would like to improve my use of Smartsheet Dashboards on the work side. On the home side, I would like to improve my turn time in my Resell business.

The skill I would like to improve is my selling skills, selling a great idea to executives, better at selling what my accomplishments are, etc…..

I have been reading the coaching Habit and learning to say less, ask more and change the way I lead.
