A goal I had for myself has been to take a break during the work day. …I almost always work from home, and for whatever reason it often feels hard to step away. So far this year I've gotten more in the habit of taking a break. :) I think I'm sharper for it on those days, too!

One of my goals was to improve the efficiency of my team and help us stay on track to goals. To that end, I have created Smartsheet templates that are used for each of our projects, and worked up a tracker for the action items from our staff meetings so tasks stop falling through the cracks. So far, it's going well! Now to just get my personal task trackers in as good of shape! :D

I wanted to find efficiencies and ways that we could really start using Smartsheet to it's fullest capacity. I have been able to build so many things in Smartsheet that take our service center to the next level. We use Smartsheet in such a unique way that goes beyond just project management. It has become a vital tool and gives insight to our leaders in ways they hadn't been able to achieve it.

A % column is represented by 1 = 100%, .5 = 50% and so on. Try:
=COUNTIFS({Status}, ="Completed", {%Utilized}, 1
or what variation of the formulas above that you want.

Hi @SherryFox . We recently updated the prior Core App Path training to focus on building a basic but complete solution. This new training includes a couple of courses that we describe as the "Builder Path" and individuals who complete the path are awarded the Builder Certificate of Achievement.
As someone who is Core App Certified, you've demonstrated that you already possess the knowledge we cover in the Builder Path, so you'll automatically be issued the Builder Certificate of Achievement within our Learning Management system. Education transcripts and certifications are held in Smartsheet University, distinct from your Smartsheet Community profile. I believe I see your transcript record in SmartU, including your Core Product Certification, but I'll DM you to confirm.
