My goal this year was to finish my MBA and I finally finished in May! :) It has been a journey with a lot of time and dedication and I'm so glad I did it.

One professional goal I have is reaching the status of Smartsheet Community Ambassador! I am currently a Leader (thank you for facilitating the meet-up, @Rebeca S.!) and am well on my way to achieving Ambassador status in the next month or so, hopefully.

Personally, I am hoping to finish my first quilt by the end of the year! I set my sights on hand-piecing a Queen-size quilt top (comprised of over 3,000 fabric hexagons) and I'm well on my way. I've learned so much over the last couple of months and think I will meet my deadline.

This year I wanted to attend Smartsheet Engage. Sadly, that may not happen as I am attending a leadership course during the same time. I guess I need more conviction, or convince Smartsheet to host the Engage program here in Nairobi, Kenya - this is a start 😄

Wow, this question made me stop and think about my goals. My goal is to get my building dashboard created before I retire, which is September 30, 2025! This dashboard will have links to all the Housing and Dining areas within our campus. When you want to look at one building, click on the building and anything and everything you would want to know is there. Such as basic floor plans, what carper, drapes, furniture, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are in the building, so forth and so on. It has been a major undertaking, but the staff is so excited to have it done.

My personal goal is to take a true vacation checking something off my bucket list (visit the Grand Canyon, go to Hawaii during turtle nesting season or a couple of months after to witness a sea turtle nest boil, zipline to Niagara Falls, etc.)

My professional goal is have a bigger Smartsheet footprint and impact in our company starting with the restrictions and limitations related to infrastructure compatibility with the functionality our users enjoy using and want to use.
