Re: Introduce yourself & get to know your peers!
Hi there!
Although I have already been here for a while, I'm only now catching up. So let me introduce myself:
I'm Nathiele, born and raised Brazilian 🇧🇷 , currently living in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 .
My hobbies will either make me a couch-potato (a few good years now into anime and reading manga & manhwa & manhua - which is great given the Dutch weather), or walk 15km in a single day, sightseeing cities and places I've never been to before (which is awesome when in a Brazilian weather).
I have already worked as an Administrative Assistant, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and now I'm back to Business Analyst. I got to learn and use Smartsheet in my current job (2 years now), and I wish I had known it before! It has been quite valuable, and it's easy to learn and use. So, right now, we're not only promoting it within the company, but also trying to help people to better use its functionalities and properly share data across departments. =)

Re: April Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
I have a picture of my daughter and a picture of my wife and I from back when we first started dating. My family is what is most important to me.
@Will Duplex Congratulations on your nicotine free journey! I had my last on 27 October 2023, and what a journey it has been. I still have days where it feels like the world is conspiring against me trying to get me to go out and get some, but then I remember why I quit and double down on my resolve.

Re: Bridge Search for a value - What are the modules to use?
@Kelly Moore Thank you for this post! I didn't know about the Array Management: Size/Length module, and it's exactly what I needed for a workflow I'm working on!!
Re: sorting rows
This formula should give you a working sorting column:
=VALUE(YEAR([Date Column]@row) + "" + RIGHT("0" + MONTH([Date Column]@row), 2) + RIGHT("0" + DAY([Date Column]@row), 2) + SUBSTITUTE(TIME(RIGHT([Date Column]@row, LEN([Date Column]@row) - FIND(" ", [Date Column]@row)), 1), ":", ""))

Re: New User Model and Publish Users
Hi all,
Jumping in to verify what Support said above:
In the User Subscription Model, Membership is determined by core asset permissions. Permissions dictate what actions a user can and can’t take on an asset, so any action that requires permission triggers provisional Membership.
Users looking at a published item that is set to allow access to "anyone with a link" do not require direct sheet sharing access, therefore it will not trigger provisional Membership.

Genevieve

Re: Is it possible to copy an automation workflow from one sheet to another sheet?
Hey everyone, I recently added this feature into SSFeatures, so that you can copy and paste automation workflows between sheets.
To copy and paste automation workflows with SSFeatures:
- Click the Copy button.
- Open a different sheet.
- Click the Create from Scratch button.
- Click the Paste button.
Then SSFeatures will paste the automation workflow into this sheet.
I hope this helps!

Re: Adding a SS Dashboard to a public MS Teams Channel tab - not working
Hi @Yvonne.Clavin & @melissalk!
Thanks for raising this! Our Engineering Team is currently aware of this issue, and they’re actively investigating it. While we don’t have an ETA for the fix just yet, I’ll make sure to keep you posted here as soon as a full resolution is implemented.
Appreciate your patience in the meantime!
Cheers,
Isaac.
