We like to use automations and update requests to make sure intake is handled in the right order and in a timely fashion.

@Jake Gustafson I personally use the Record a Date method so I only have to set up one automation, although that does count towards cell limits in larger sheets.

My largest Smartsheet build to date, has been the development of a Life Cycle Management solution, integrating contributions from our Cross-Functional Project Teams, Regulatory Department, and Supply Chain Organisation. This initiative provides outputs that empower our product teams to better anticipate impacts on the supply of our pharmaceutical products due to regulatory filing and approval updates.
The solution leverages a PMO reporting structure, Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and the Control Centre to consolidate outputs from various functions into data-rich, meaningful dashboards. Working with Flow allows us to connect contributions from numerous functions effectively, while also harnessing system data to ensure our product teams are well-positioned to maintain a seamless supply of our pharmaceutical products.

Adding my down vote here as well on the "Streamlining" / Removing Sheet Folders and Moving Sheets into Folders. Major frustration of common functionality used for years. Happy to see the community here with recent info on this, I'm hopeful the smartsheet team will help us out here.
