How can i share my dashboard with anyone on SharePoint?
Hi, we have created a dashboard, published it, selected the option 'available to anyone with the link', embedded the link into a SharePoint page, but people are still being asked to sign in to Smartsheet when trying to access the dashboard.

My current favorite is this little craft #4 (and final) gave me recently. She gave it to me at home/in the house while I was getting ready, so I laid it down.. big no no! My wife called me later and said that my little one was upset because I left it but turns out it wasn't my little one that was upset… it was the ice cream. My 3yr old (while narrating the voice of the now sad ice cream) turned the smiley face/mouth upside down because I left it at home. Later she came to my office and gave it to me while turning the mouth back into a smile.

I have two things - a picture of the sunrise at my mom's cabin outside Hayward WI (and my Smartsheet Lego guy) with a Tibetan quote.
and my desk/mouse pad that is a picture from when my son and I rode the High Trestle Trail in Des Moines IA on one of those hot, humid days in July.

@Neil Egsgard take a look at this post for a discussion on a couple of different methods to batch delete rows. Be sure to read to the end where i posted a solution I got from Smartsheet to shift rows under a parent and then delete the parent to single-step delete all the rows.

Re: Automations: include attachments
As requested many times above I also vote for the functionality to send an alert (message only) to someone with or without a Smartsheet account and within or outside my organization, and include an attachment in that alert.
When creating the automation, we should have the choice of which attachment(s) to include in the alert.
Like many other users I assumed this was standard functionality within Smartsheet Automations, and now am unable to provide our internal staff and external customers with the automated delivery of information as planned.
High priority needs to be given by Smartsheet to provide this core functionality, please.

How do I add comments in automated email alerts?
Hi all,
I've been working with my sheet on sending automated emails to contacts within the sheet and can add specific parameters for what is in a cell. However, I can't figure out how I can display the comments in the email without having a link to the form. The reason I don't want a link to the form is because these emails are being sent externally.
Any help would be appreciated.
