My favorite item on my desk is a set of table topics cards. When people come to my desk they choose a card and answer the question and we get to have a discussion. Random pull: "what would you love to find at a yard sale?" It's a really great way to get to know someone and I get to look away from my computer!
I also have a filing cabinet wall full of plants. They make me happy in my undecorated space.

I changed the approach to use a COUNTIFS rather than an INDEX/MATCH. I used the [Latest Row] checkbox column as part of the filter for the COUNTIFS.
=IF(COUNTIFS({Faculty Last Name Filter | Last Name}, OR(CONTAINS(@cell, [Last Name]@row),@cell="ALL"), {Faculty Last Name Filter | Latest Row}, 1) > 0, 1)
Does this work for you? I was a bit uncertain on how you were using "ALL".

It's been such a great community! I cant wait to start diving into the Smartsheet University so i dont have ask a ton of questions anymore (i struggle when i cant figure out something on my own!) The most important thing "on" my desk is actually (usually) under my desk, my dog Lyla. She lays at my feet most of the day. Occasionally, she'll jump on my lap and even try to type (she's only 9 lbs (about 4 kg) ). Here she is on my husband's lap.

I wish i had something really good to share but my desk is pretty minimal. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD so when things are messy, my brain is messy. I do however, enjoy the sweet treat that my son leaves me on my desk every day before he leaves for daycare π
