This is so inspiring! Smartsheet creates smiles in my workplace by reducing the amount of effort needed to collaborate in the same space - no more duplicate files or waiting for approvals before changing values, and visuals are updated in real time!

My full time job is to build Smartsheet solutions. I absolutely love it. Building Smartsheet solutions to better manage the things I have to do that aren't necessarily my favorite tasks helps give me more time to do what I really enjoy.
Building solutions that help me spend more focused time building more solutions, some of which help my team do those things on their task lists that they prefer to focus on.
Smartsheet allowing everyone to focus on what they are good at and what they enjoy is what brings smiles to my workplace.

From the image that shows the "structure of the solution", it seems this solution is using Smartsheet Control Center, which would be an add additional purchase on top of your Smartsheet plan. See:
It looks to be quite a complex solution, so I would recommend getting in touch with a Smartsheet consultant if you need help building it out and want to talk to Smartsheet staff.
There are simple templates in the Solution Center that you can use as a starting point that only use the core Smartsheet application (no add-ons needed).

Hello!
I've been using Smartsheet for 4 years now.
My primary role is to create Smartsheet solutions for Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. I support multiple PMOs.
I also develop trackers for our finance team to support forecasting expenses such as hiring needs throughout the current year and into the upcoming year.
I build intake, change management, new business opportunity pipeline and roadmap, and several other operations solutions.
There's no telling where my Smartsheet development will take me or what type of solution I'll be tasked with next.
I like learning new ideas and approaches from my peers. I love learning about formulas I haven't used before, or using formulas I've already used but in new ways.
I'm looking forward to what this AI Community will come to offer and include. As is probably the case for most, I've been using AI more and more lately. I've recently updated my career path and plan within my employee profile to include AI as a stretch goal. My plan is to take advantage of my company's training offerings and become proficient with building AI and ML apps. My first step will be to brush up on Python.

Hello everyone !
My name is Florian and I am a Quality Systems Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
I have been in my role for about 3 years and I discovered Smartsheet 2 years ago ; I immediately loved it !
In Smartsheet, I have built a whole PMO solution for a big program, we use it to manage multiple project plans, roadmaps, risks and issues logs, and many metrics.
I have used AI to help me generating complex formulas, especially those related to dates. I've always struggled and AI has been of a great help in that matter !
I love the "Analyze data" piece too, especially since we can get the graphic directly onto a dashboard !
On the other hand, I see no use case for the text generation part, maybe it will come later.
I'm just curious to learn from the other users any use cases, to expand my use of AI in Smartsheet !

- Using AI-generated summaries in sheets or reports.

Hi,I've been using Smartsheet for over 2 years.
I use the AI functionality in Smartsheet primarily to generate and troubleshoot formulas, which has been a life saver. I also use the analyze data tool to create quick charts or computations from my sheet.

As you may have seen in last October's newsletter, I'm back to living in Edinburgh, Scotland. In the last two weeks I've had 3 sets of visitors come through (from Portsmouth 🏴, Seattle 🇺🇲, and Victoria 🇨🇦) - it's been such a joy to see this city again through their eyes!
🏴 A few fun facts:
- Scotland's national animal is a Unicorn.
- Edinburgh’s Balmoral Hotel clock runs 3 minutes fast to help travelers catch trains (it's immediately outside the train station)
- Jekyll and Hyde was written in Edinburgh (along with Harry Potter and many other novels and poems, of course!)
- The Haggis is a small, furry creature with asymmetrical legs roaming the highlands (or is it?)
